About Us
1 Lucky Dog Rescue is a Non-Profit 501c3 organization located in Hialeah, FL. We got our start in rescue over 7 years ago as FurBabies Rescue/Foster Care & Paws For The Cause. We decided to come together to be able to help more of those in need in our community by combining our knowledge and resources. Our mission is to perform a top notch rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing system for abused, abandoned, unwanted and neglected pets. We also offer everyone we come in contact with that may need to surrender their pet, alternatives so that they may be able to find a solution to any problems they may have with their pets to help them stay together long term. Our rescue is a no kill, in home environment base with multiple dogs which helps with the pets socialization and transition to a new forever home. This gives us a chance to get to know the dog and we can match them with the right family by learning the families lifestyle. As we all know they have been through a big ordeal already so they are not perfect but are loving and very grateful. |
